Please note online bookings and gift vouchers are not available with this promotion.

Jet Cruiser whale watching operates between June - October 2010.

Bookings are highly recommended. As we operate an intimate cruise, passenger numbers are limited.

Whale Watching - Terms and Conditions

• Bookings are essential.
• Once booked, cruises are non-refundable. Cruises are transferable if 48 hours notification is given to Jet Cruiser. Transferal of cruise bookings are subject to availability and can not be guaranteed.
• Passengers must check in for boarding at least 20 minutes prior to their departure time. Failure to arrive on time for check-in will result in forfeiture of the cruise. Refunds will not be issued in this instance.
• Children must be at least 4 years old to cruise.
• Prams are not permitted on board Jet Cruiser
• Jet Cruiser operates in an outdoor marine environment. Conditions vary and passengers may get wet.
• All passengers who ride with Jet Cruiser do so at their own risk.
• In the case of extreme rain/winds please call 02 9807 1999 between 0800 and 0930 on the morning of your cruise to confirm operations or reschedule.
• Passengers may be filmed/photographed during the cruise. Jet Cruiser reserves the right to reproduce photographs/film for any purpose whatsoever.
• In the event of high swell or inclement weather Jet Cruiser reserves the right to reschedule a cruise.
• Whales are creatures of nature. If you don’t see any whales on your cruise in the months of June or July and have paid full price to Jet Cruiser we will offer you a voucher for another cruise.
